  • How long will it take to receive my product/s after payment?
    Shipping takes 3-5 business days.
  • Which Islands do you ship to?
    Currently, we only ship throughout the Bahamas. More updates will be provided when we ship internationally.
  • Can I return a product?
    All sales are final.
  • If I am looking for an item and cannot find it, do you special order items?
    Yes, we special order items. Customers will pay the cost of the item upfront and shipping cost, service charge and customs duty once the item is received before it can be shipped to your island.
  • How much does it cost to ship to the Family Islands?
    Our shipping cost varies depending on the cost of freight (air or ocean) to ship within the Bahamas. The further the island is from our current location the more the item will cost to ship. However, we offer free shipping on purchases of $200 or more.
  • What should I do if the payment is not accepted online?

  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept PayPal, debit/credit card, and sun cash payments.
  • My address has changed, how do I update this information to my current address.
    You can notify us immediately via email or make the changes on the website by logging in and changing your shipping address.
  • How do I order online?
    On our website, you can shop for the items you need, put them in the card, and then proceed with check-out. Your item will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, orders can only be canceled within the same day of purchase.
  • Is VAT charged?
    No VAT is charged on items.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Our payment plan options are only available in-store at this time. We are located at #14 West Mall Plaza, Freeport, Grand Bahama.
